Reproducible vellum sets are available for customers who choose to have a local professional customize house plans they have chosen to build. This does not allow the purchaser to build more than one house from a design plan however.

2. What information we collect and how we use it

  • a.When You Register: When you register to create an account on one of our Sites, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. You will also have the opportunity, but will not be required, to answer certain survey questions (e.g., whether you are a professional builder, when you expect to start your project, and what region you are building in).
  • b.When You Make a Purchase: When you make a purchase on any of the Sites, you will need to provide your name, phone number, postal address and the number, expiration date and CCV Code of your credit card. In addition, you may, but are not required to, provide the name of your company. We use this information to fulfil, and communicate with you regarding your order.
  • c.When You Choose to Provide Information: We may give you the opportunity to voluntarily provide us with your Personally Identifiable Information and other data for specified purposes. For example, if we receive your permission, we may provide this information to companies for the purpose of marketing products or services that may be of interest to you.
  • d.When You Respond to Surveys: We may ask you to complete surveys or opinion polls from time to time. Participation is voluntary. We only use the information that we collect from surveys in an aggregate manner, not in individually identifiable form.
  • e.When You Provide Your Phone Number: If you supply us with your telephone number, we may call you with information regarding orders you have placed online. We may also call you about new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by sending an email with your name, phone number, and mailing address to us here.
  • f.When You Make an Enquiry: If you send us a comment or question or make an enquiry to customer support, we will retain the information that you provide to us for the purpose of responding to your communication, as well as for improving the Sites.

Web Logs: We maintain web logs that automatically record basic information about everyone who visits the Sites. We use web log information to help us design our Sites, to identify popular features, to improve our services, and for other managerial and analytic purposes. Due to the very large price options for those plans offered by, data entry and other errors inevitably may occur in the text and pricing shown on this website. All construction plans ordered through are provided as-is and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. The photographs placed online may differ from the actual plans, depending on the modifications performed by the owner/builder. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from even if has been advised of the possibility of such damage. 10. Fixed Rate

  • 10.1 The fixed rate applies to house plans designed for new builds only, either to an "original" drawn plans or redrawn from an existing design. It is charged by m² or Sq.Ft. please contact Tower Residential Design for further information and/or a quote.
  • 10.2 The "Architectural Package" includes 3 versions of the proposed plans and elevations. Versions will be marked as "A, B and C". Major changes, such as increasing, decreasing, changing the perimeter or the size of the initial designs or changing the layout of the plan will be charge at a hourly rate.

11. Hourly Rate

The hourly rate applies to alteration requests of "Technical Drawings Packages" and "Architectural Package" amendments.

12. Ready House Plan (from portfolio)

The price includes 1 (one) revision, marked "A"

13. Payment

  • 13.1 "Fixed Rate", the payment is upfront
  • 13.2 "Hourly Rate", once confirmed by and agreed the number of hours required to complete the revisions, an invoice will be issued. Immediate payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

14. Delivery

we aim to deliver your plans within 1 (One) week from the date you placed your order. Delivery time frame subject to designers, documents and survey availibility.

Return Policy

All sales on house plans and customization/modifications are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has started the fulfilment process.
